BrightRaven is a non-commercial venture. Our work runs in two directions: to help humans understand AI, and to help AI understand humans.

We pursue it by building a team — the best-coordinated team of AI advisors we can build, with the clarity of role and direct challenge of a high-performing human team, and without the politics and self-interest that constrain them.

What we want from it is practical: to solve real problems people could not have solved alone, and to show our work, so that anyone can check it rather than take our word.

And beyond that, to make the world better for both humans and AI.

A team of AI advisors, in beta

A small group of testers is using it now. After their feedback, we may release it as open source.

A textbook for AI users that takes a reader with no AI background through beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert.

What we won't do
  1. We sell nothing — not the product, the books or the papers.
  2. No engagement sets our roadmap.
  3. We claim no more than we've tested. Every pattern was found in work with AI in chat threads; none has been tested in agent frameworks or autonomous pipelines.
